Live parade link-up with Jersey planned
PRIDE is coming to Guernsey as equality charity Liberate confirms details of a parade and concert that could attracts thousands.

Following on from a successful inaugural event in Jersey last September, vice chair Ellie Jones said the main event would take place on 10 September in St Peter Port, with a smaller event happening on the same day in Jersey.
'It is a pan-island event where we work together. Jersey will be doing something, and it might be we have screens up so we can live-link to what is happening over there.'
