NOTHING is too much trouble for the Sykes family, according to Maggie Sanders, who has nominated them for the Swoffers-sponsored Neighbour of the Year Award.

Phil and Sharon Sykes, and their children Charlie, Harry and Emma, have lived in Delancey Lane for about eight years.
Maggie said they were the neighbours from heaven and a delight to live alongside.
'Nothing is too much trouble for them,' she said.
'Cat-sitting, offering to shop when I haven't been well, pumping up my bicycle tyres, even before I have asked.'
They also occasionally sneak a home-made cake into Maggie's kitchen.
'I couldn't imagine living next to a kinder or more generous family,' Maggie said.
'I just hope they never move.'
