One local photographer also earned the prize for the best picture in the exhibition.

Anthony Le Conte's picture, 'The Path', was a shot he took in Norfolk with an infra-red camera (a Fuji X-pro1) which gives the image a lot of contrast.

The Path took the award for best monochrome print, as well as the Steve Wellum Trophy for the best senior image, and was named best picture in the exhibition.

The Creative Image Print was won by Jayne Priaulx, a picture on the theme of 'Texture and Contrast' was won by Nigel Byrom and Derek Bridel won the Mobile Phone and Tablet Class print with his photo.

The sole Jersey winner in the senior classes was Julie Nasey, who took the colour print trophy.
