Brothers battle it out in ‘Guernsey’s Strongest’ contest
FRIENDLY sibling rivalry between the Nelson brothers was one of the many sub-plots in Saturday’s annual Guernsey’s Strongest competition.

The event is in its third year and hundreds gathered at the KGV to watch 27 competitors go head-to-head in their different weight classes.
Three Nelson brothers, Josh, 24, Scott, 28, and Kyle, 31, were among the entrants, while younger brother Matt, 23, was supporting his older siblings.
Josh said the strongman competition was, above all, a personal challenge.
