Bus drivers slate new vehicles as unsuitable

New buses being used by CT Plus have been panned by experienced drivers who claim they are unsuitable for Guernsey roads and are causing back problems.

They have reacted with ‘some dismay and anger’ to comments made by CT Plus operations manager Lee Murphy at last week’s Bus Users’ Group annual meeting.

CT Plus has refuted the drivers’ claims and said that the new buses need some time to get used to.
