House windows, a row of motorcycles and a car reported to be a Porsche, as well as a blue Honda Jazz, were among those that sustained damaged along the stretch from Amherst Road to Mont Arrive in the early hours.
Guernsey Police are investigating and appeals have also been made on social media by individuals affected.
Postman Tony Holland has lived in a house at the bottom of the road for 20 years. He said vandalism in the area had been on the rise in the past few years.
‘I gave the police three or four names and they said that they were known to them,’ he said.
Mr Holland said despite his wife’s car being near the road it was the statue on the wall next to his property, featuring two frolicking pigs, that was stolen.
‘I’ve had the pigs out there for eight years. It’s a bit of fun. If I get them back I’ll put them back up. It was probably someone who is offended by them.
‘They were solid granite, Gripfilled and wired down, so I don’t think it was a kid,’ he said.
Although the recent vandalism signalled a return to levels of disruption Mr Holland last recalled happening around eight years ago, it has not put him off living in the area.
‘In the last three or four years it has steadily got worse again. I wouldn’t think of moving, it’s close to work and Town.
‘I ordered a wildlife camera last week and I’m going to put it up and see what we see. I also keep my outside light on,’ he said.
n Anyone who was in the area and may have seen or heard anything is asked to contact Guernsey Police on 725111. Information can also be given anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
