The first of six short videos looks at Education’s arguments for consolidating the number of secondary schools and the benefits of 11-18 schools.

The videos are being between 90 seconds and three minutes long.

The rest will be published weekly on Fridays on the Lisia School social media sites.

In addition, from today staff and parents will also regularly receive a newsletter from executive head teacher Liz Coffey.

These initiatives follow a commitment made by Education to improve communication about the education reforms.

Committee president Deputy Matt Fallaize said it was determined to communicate better with parents, students and the community.

Mrs Coffey said there were lots of benefits of the planned school system.
