The draw takes place live at 6.15pm in the Market Buildings.
There will also be a second prize of £50,000, and five third prizes of £10,000 each.
Another 60 prize winning tickets will also be drawn, each one scooping between £500 and £2,500.
All local proceeds from the draw will help support worthy causes in the Bailiwick.
