La Trelade Hotel sells for more than £1.3m.

The conveyance was completed earlier this week, with the property sold by Michael Stuart Doughty to PSD Holdings Ltd.

Estate agent Watts Property, which agreed the sale, had details on its website which appeared to relate to the property, which was advertised anonymously.

It has since been removed.

The details stated that the estate agency had been instructed to seek offers in excess of £2m. for a 45-bedroom hotel.

Those details also stated that there was on-site car parking, a restaurant and bar, a gym with an indoor pool and a function room.

There is also a 13-bed staff house, which comes with a shared kitchen, showers and laundry room.

Additionally, a five-bedroom open market house with three bathrooms, a kitchen, a garden and a garage comes as part of the property.

The property is let to a single tenant by way of a lease expiring on 31 August 2046.

The hotel was last sold in 2010.
