Randalls acquires Red, Rosso and Tinto

Randalls has this morning confirmed the addition of Red, Rosso and Tinto into its managed house portfolio of pubs and restaurants.

The deal has been trailed for some time and was placed before the Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority for approval.

Randalls described the deal as ‘an exciting step’ and said it was committed to preserving what makes each of the three Lower Pollet and North Esplanade restaurants unique, while supporting the existing teams in place.

‘We very much look forward to working with the talented people behind Red, Rosso, and Tinto,’ said a spokesman for RW Randall.

‘These restaurants are already thriving, and our focus is on continuity, stability, and protecting what customers love about them.’
