The historic building has been standing empty since a custom-made replacement was built at Longue Hougue in 2013.
Martel Maides has been marketing the building with a £25,000 a year rental and director Terry Gardiner said interested parties had only until the end of the month to make formal offers.
'We've had about 20 serious parties come forward with various ideas,' he said.
While he could not go into detail about those ideas, he said there was a real mix.
