Now she has nominated Maggie for the Swoffers-sponsored Neighbour of the Year award.
'Maggie is the most amazing neighbour,' she said.
'Nothing is ever too much trouble. Maggie was a huge support through a difficult pregnancy and has been on hand to help me out since my son was born seven months ago.'
Fortunately Sarah's kitten was eventually found, but he still goes walkabout and sometimes ends up in Maggie's house. So Sarah has a key so she can check if the cat has got stuck in there.
