Speed concerns over La Vrangue road widening

Balmoral Properties Ltd plans to demolish three bungalows and construct three new terraces, which would house 20 one-bedroom apartments.
As part of the project they will widen the road by 1.2m from the junction with Rue Thomas going west.
There were three objections to the plans, with concerns about pedestrian safety, over-development of the area and increases in traffic.
