Market packed for patriotic Proms in the Square event

PATRIOTIC islanders with a love of music packed into Market Square to celebrate the Last Night of the Proms.

Weather conditions over the weekend saw the annual Proms on the Pier event become Proms in the Square at just 72 hours’ notice.

However, it proved as popular as ever, with standing room only as the event got into full swing on Saturday evening.
