The Haunted Castle day, which was Guernsey Museums’ way of marking Halloween, featured a pumpkin trail which took people all over the castle picking up clues and learning some Guernsey-French along the way.

There were also slime-making workshops, a fancy dress competition, live music acts, featuring some haunting tunes, and dancers as well as a ‘real’ witch underneath the noonday gun.
