Five Covid-19 related deaths have been confirmed, meaning the patient tested positive for the virus in a laboratory test or throat swab.

Two deaths are recorded as being 'presumptive Covid-19 deaths', meaning there was no laboratory testing but the cause of death is thought to be Covid-19 related.

Three patients are now being managed within the PEH for Covid-19, but no patients currently require intensive care or ventilatory support.
