It has repeatedly been submerged by the tide but was still yet to be moved as of yesterday afternoon, when it looked to have begun sinking into the sand.

Guernsey Police was made aware of the van at the weekend and posted about it on social media.

‘Guernsey Police have been aware of a vehicle on the beach at Baie Du Picquerel that is going to be submerged by water. The owner is aware of the situation and has no concerns.’

The vehicle appeared to still be up for sale, with a sign on the windscreen asking for £700 for it.
