More than 40 members from Guernsey Bikers Group took part in the annual event, which has been running since 2017.
They brought along children’s gifts, but also gave donations, which will go to the paediatric section of the Emergency Department.
Organiser Nemer Kharroubi said they had some terrible weather for the ride in previous years.
So it was a nice change to have a relatively warm sunny morning for their ride.
‘We have a wonderful turnout today,’ he said.
In the past the bikers were able to take the gifts up to the wards, but since Covid they now give them to staff downstairs to pass on to the children.
‘The presents are wrapped and labelled by age and gender,’ Mr Kharroubi said.
The group set off from Pembroke early on Sunday morning and headed south into town before heading to the hospital to drop off their gifts.
