Malcolm Greening, of La Route des Cornus, St Martin’s, is accused of committing the offences at two properties in his parish.

He is also accused of committing arson by damaging plastic grids on a driveway by fire.

A fourth charge alleges that he did an act intended to pervert the course of justice by submitting a prepared statement to Guernsey Police in interview in which he blamed another man for his actions.

The allegations span the period from 7 February last year to 30 January this year. He has not entered any pleas.

The case will be committed to the Royal Court in August and his conditional bail was extended until then.
