Man accused of pharmacy burglary set for Royal Court trial

The case against a man who is accused of stealing medication valued at £8,150 while committing a burglary at L’Aumone Pharmacy will be heard in the Royal Court.

Kyle David Henderson, 40, is also charged with trespassing at the Braye Lodge Hotel, Ruettes Brayes, St Martin’s, with intent to steal, and possessing the class B rated substance, cannabis, at the Police Station.

A charge that he stole goods worth £52.50 from the Morrisons store at Vale Avenue, Vale, was withdrawn. No pleas were entered when he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court from custody. The matter will be committed to the higher court in July and there was no bail application.
