The records, spanning 1854 to 1896, have been published on the genealogy website Findmypast alongside more than 6,000 school admission records from the 19th and 20th centuries.
Further civil and parish records have also been added, including civil births and deaths for Alderney and Sark.
They join the millions of Bailiwick records already online. These include births, marriages and deaths from the Greffe, baptisms, marriages and burials from parish registers, documents from the German Occupation and property records.
‘We are delighted to continue expanding the range of records available to researchers around the world,’ said Priaulx Library chief executive Steve Foote.
New records are added each year as they become old enough to release.
Mr Foote said this year’s additions also included births and baptisms from 1926, marriages from 1941 and deaths from 2001.
All the scanning has been done on the island at the Priaulx Library, the Island Archives and the Greffe, where the originals are kept.
‘What makes this project special is that all of the capture work is done here on-island, with the original documents kept safe in our archives,’ said island archivist Vikki Hart.
‘We’re simultaneously protecting these irreplaceable records and widening global access to them.’
The project is led by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Digitisation Partnership, made up of representatives from the Priaulx Library, the Island Archives, the Deanery of Guernsey, La Société Guernesiaise and the Greffe.
