Guernsey Raiders 29, Hertford 23

First-half tries from Owen Thomas and Malcolm Barnes helped to keep the home side in touch with Hertford, who led 15-12 at the interval having had the wind at their backs in the first 40min.

After the break, a brilliant Luke Sayer try and a penalty try after a rolling maul was illegally pulled down a couple of metres from the line as well as some stout defence in the closing stages helped seal the victory.
