Already missing a number of regular starters and coming off the back of a punishing league season, Raiders were dealt another blow when they lost Carter Hackett to injury inside the first five minutes.
And they had no answer to a strong Jersey line-up who led 17-6 at the break and ran away with proceedings with a rampant second-half display in front of a crowd of more than 3,000.
Guernsey fought to the end however, reducing the deficit late on as Anthony Armstrong, the leading scorer in National Two East this term, finished brilliantly to register their only try of the afternoon.
On a disappointing day for Guernsey, the Women’s Siam also went the way of the hosts as Jersey regained that trophy with a 30-13 victory.
The second-team Fallaize Cup and veterans Nash Cup were also won by Jersey by 36-22 and 38-26 respectively in two hard-fought contests.
The only Guernsey victory of the day came in the Mourant Cup, which saw the Vikings Barbarians defeat Jersey’s Royals RFC 31-5 in the newly-created fixture.
