St Martin’s and Sylvans will face off for a place in the last four of the knockout competition while holders North take on St Martin’s Reserves in the other confirmed last-eight clash.
There is the possibility of a non-Priaulx quarter-final if Elizabeth College were to progress from their second-round clash with Bels, which has been rearranged for Tuesday 10 February, having already fallen foul of the weather on a couple of occasions.
The winners of that tie will take on CF Independant, who played both sides in last year's competition.
The Rovers first team could face their own Reserves in the last eight, if the latter overcome North Reserves in their second round match on 17 February.
‘It’s fantastic to see the Guernsey FA Cup quarter-finals taking shape, with some exciting fixtures ahead,’ said Craig Shorto, managing director of Offshore Group.
‘Being involved in the competition through our partnership with the GFA is something we’re very proud of, and I’m really looking forward to seeing how the matches play out in the spring.
Gary Roberts, chief executive officer of the Guernsey FA, added: ‘We’re delighted with the draw. The standard of football across the competition continues to impress, and we’re grateful to Offshore Group for their ongoing support in helping us showcase local football at its best.’
