Guernsey enjoyed an impressive first half as they opened up a 21-0 lead by the interval thanks to tries from Matt Creber, John Dawe and debutant Joe Callery.
The new hooker also touched down after the break, as did Martinas Dromantas and Anthony Armstrong.
There were also opening day wins for Barnes, Old Albanians, Havant, Oundle and Westcombe Park while Jersey suffered a 33-22 defeat to London Welsh on their return to level four.
Raiders go to Jersey next weekend in a much-anticipated clash before hosting Henley in their first home game on 19 September.
