They are Le Nautique, The Auberge, La Sablonnerie, The Slaughterhouse, Red, The Hook and Fleur du Jardin.
The only restaurant of the group to be noted as one of the guide’s ‘best addresses’ was La Sablonnerie in Sark.
The hotel and restaurant was given two rosettes for the 25th year running along with the Michelin plate, which is awarded to all those in the guide for ‘fresh ingredients, capably prepared: simply a good meal’.
‘We have had a wonderful season this year,’ proprietor Elizabeth Perree said.
‘I’m absolutely delighted to have been recognised in the Michelin Guide again. It really is a team effort and we have a lot of fun doing it.’
