Carey Olsen group leading TISE agent
CAREY OLSEN Corporate Finance Ltd, a group company of offshore law firm Carey Olsen, was the leading listing agent for The International Stock Exchange last year.
It acted as listing agent to 36% of all new issuers of debt securities on TISE in 2018. In doing so, it listed 75% more new issuers and nearly 200 more classes of securities than the next listing agent.

Carey Olsen Corporate Finance Limited opened a branch in Guernsey in 2017 and now offers listing services from both its Jersey and Guernsey offices.
