Five of these are in Jersey.
An update was given at midday today [Mon 16 Mar], showing a total of 220 tests had concluded with five positive and 215 negative.
It follows news that passengers arriving back in Jersey from Tenerife yesterday were banned from leaving the airport independently and were taken home in buses.
Following new guidance for the island's government that everyone returning from Tenerife should self-isolate, the passengers were prevented from mixing with those who had come to collect them.
They were instead grouped together, before being placed on one of four buses and taken home.
In statement released on Sunday, a Government of Jersey spokesperson said: 'Today, we were made aware that the coronavirus guidance from Jersey’s Deputy Medical Officer of Health, Dr Ivan Muscat, had changed. The guidance for mainland Spain, Majorca, Menorca and Tenerife is now that all returning passengers, with or without symptoms, are advised to self-isolate, as a precaution, for 14 days.
'This is a precautionary measure, that we are advising from today until further notice. This is based on the health assessment of the situation in Spain, Majorca, Menorca and Tenerife and we have no indication that anyone on this flight has coronavirus.
'We worked closely with the Ports of Jersey, States of Jersey Police, and Jersey Customs and Immigration to ensure that passengers on flight FlyDirect VOE9533 from Tenerife to Jersey were cared for appropriately in keeping with this health guidance. We thank passengers for their patience during this process.
'Friends, family and taxi drivers waiting at the airport were informed of the situation after the passengers were told and did not come into close contact with them.
'The global spread of coronavirus is a fast-moving situation, and we will continue working to ensure that the Government quickly and effectively reacts to changing medical advice. We thank Islanders for their understanding and cooperation in following such advice.'
