Le Chalet is part of hotel deal
LE CHALET hotel is being included in a multimillion-pound hotel deal.

Hand Picked Hotels is in the process of purchasing the Fermain Valley Hotel, Ziggurat and Braye Beach.
It is now understood that the sale will also include Le Chalet.
The 39-bedroom derelict hotel in St Martin’s above Fermain has been closed since 2012.
It has been owned by Vista Hotels since 2010.
Planning permission to convert it into 15 units of residential accommodation was granted in September 2019 after a long planning battle. That permission was valid for three years from that date.
