Recognised for having the strongest brand scorecard engagement metrics over the last 12 months, the four-star hotel sitting above St Peter Port, with its panoramic harbour views, was named winner of the Brand Ambassador Award.
‘We’re incredibly honoured to receive this award, which is a great testament to the hard work and passion of our entire team,’ said general manager Gennaro Festivo.
‘These achievements reaffirm our continuous dedication to enhancing guest experiences and upholding the values that make us a proud part of the Best Western family, and we look forward to welcoming even more guests to our beautiful hotel.’
The hotel was also recognised for nine consecutive years of the Quality & Service Award and shortlisted for the Sustainability Award and Hotel of the Year.
‘Being shortlisted in multiple categories, receiving the Brand Ambassador Award, and celebrating milestone recognitions across both properties marks a tremendous achievement for the group,’ said Karel Harris, managing director of Sarnia Hotels Group.
‘Over the past 10 years, the hotel group has made substantial investments to facilities, enhancing guest experiences and ensuring both properties continue to evolve in line with brand expectations and market demands.
‘The focus has remained firmly on delivering quality whilst maintaining the warm, authentic hospitality for which the hotels are known,’ she said.
Another group hotel, Moores in the Pollet, was also recognised for 40 years of affiliation with Best Western.
