A new Second World War drama, Under the Watchful Gaze, was written and will be directed by Gene Fallaize, who grew up in Guernsey.
Filming will take place in locations across the island, as well as at Pinewood Studios in London, bringing together experienced UK-based film professionals and locally recruited crew.
‘We’re really keen to build a strong, local crew for this film,’ said Mr Fallaize.
‘Guernsey is at the heart of the story and it’s important to us that the island is reflected not just on screen, but behind the camera as well.
‘I want it to be a Guernsey film.’
