Externally this involves the installation of electric vehicle and cycle charging points while inside the kitchens are being fitted and decoration is progressing well.
Developer Infinity said that the newly-named Courtil Le Pelley – named after the island’s first female doctor Amelia Le Pelley, who was educated locally and started her medical career in the island in the 19th century – is going to be delivered on programme, and will come in under budget.
When complete, the new development, which is a stone’s throw from the Princess Elizabeth Hospital site, will provide 15 new one-bedroom apartments for health workers on its road frontage, with eight private homes, all of which have already been sold, and are described as ‘ready to move into’.
