The comments from David Noakes, of Immuno Biotech, come 20 months after the MHRA raided its Cambridgeshire laboratory, which sparked a GcMaf import ban in Guernsey.
When asked for an update, the MHRA said it could not comment on ongoing investigations or 'previous enforcement operations' that may be related to current investigations.
But Mr Noakes questioned the validity of the MHRA investigation, saying it was his belief that it never intended to finish it.
