Following his 220mph crash in September during his latest attempt to break his own turbine-bike land speed record at Elvingon Airfield in North Yorkshire, Mr Eisenberg has undergone critical surgery and started on a long road to recovery, determined to get back to full health as soon as possible.
He suffered pelvis, hip, thigh, ankle and shoulder injuries.
Having had time to think his future over, he said he has realised the importance of being able to say 'no' to things which some could interpret as pointless and 'take stock of what is important in life'.
'Very few of us have the strength to sit down and say "why am I doing this, what benefit is there? What are the possible outcomes?'',' he said.
Looking back to his roots with sport company Maxi-muscle, which he founded, Mr Eisenberg now plans to enter the fitness, health and wellbeing sector, which has, he said 'always been his focus'.
