They will be at the Pavillion K&B stage kitchen and will demonstrate signature dishes.

Patrick Filipe, Sueco’s new head chef, will be introducing many interesting ideas on new dishes, while Matt Simpson will be showing off signature dishes with full-time apprentice Bradley Travers.

Mr Travers has been working with Sueco for the last two years and won a Tabasco UK competition earlier this year, beating many students from high-profile UK catering colleges.

Victory in the competition meant Mr Travers won a trip to the United States and a set of chef’s knives alongside a large bottle of Tabasco sauce.

Mr Simpson was this year’s Channel Island Chef of the Year and has been working with the outside catering company for some years.

This is not his first time demonstrating at the GP Homelife show – he was on the stage kitchen at the previous event in 2015.

The GP Homelife show, in association with Guernsey Gas, opens on 10 November at Beau Sejour.
