Ki-Ot – the off-grid, al-fresco cafe that sits on Victoria Pier – was opened last month, three years after its plans were agreed.

Now the operators have applied to the Development & Planning Authority to continue the cafe’s development by installing a bright yellow, manually retractable awning at the front of the existing kiosk unit, as well as optional enclosure panels at its front.
