TWO second-half goals from player-coach Andy Whalley saw Guernsey progress to the third round of the EH Trophy yesterday.

Adam Cox had given the home side a first-half lead at Footes Lane, but Charlie Olley had equalised from a short corner before half-time in a highly competitive match in which the Sarnian defence was outstanding.
'It was a really good game,' said Whalley, who put his side ahead for the second time shortly after the interval before rounding off a brilliant team move to wrap it up late on.
