Coming off gold medals at both Gotland 2017 and Jersey 2015, the Sarnians are seeded in a group that also features Faroe Islands, Shetland and Alderney.
The draw differs from previous Games in that the islands are split into four groups rather than two, with the remaining groups featuring focussed action between just three teams.
The three other outstanding teams of recent years are each top-seeded in one of the other groups.
Greenland, who ran the Sarnians close in the 2017 final, appear in Group D alongside the hosts and the Cayman Islands.
Gotland feature in a strong Group C alongside Jersey and the Isle of Wight, while Aland are likely favourites in Group B against Menorca and the Isle of Man.
