It means that even if Jersey Bulls miss out on promotion this season from Combined Counties League Premier South, the two Channel Islands clubs will not meet in league competition in 2025-26.

Despite a strong finish to the season which coincided with their move to Victoria Park at the end March, the Green Lions finished one point off safety in Isthmian South Central and were one of four clubs relegated.

The Southern Combination Football League broadly covers the counties of Sussex, Surrey and south-west London.
