Watson triumphs in style in Michigan
HEATHER WATSON has stormed to the $100,000 ITF Dow Corning Tennis Classic title in Michigan.

The 21-year-old Sarnian made a nervy start to her final against Ksenia Pervak of Russia and was broken twice in the opening five games to trail 4-1.
However, Watson then found her form and did not lose another game as she won 11 in succession to take the match 6-4, 6-0 at the Midland Community Tennis Center.
Watson made it a double when she and Anna Tatishvili joined forces to win the doubles title by beating Sharon Fichman and Maria Sanchez 7-5, 5-7, 10-6 in a tight final.
The Guernsey star has risen 39 places to 122nd in today's new world rankings list.
