Match with Radwanska is the carrot for Watson
ONE more win at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells this week would give Heather Watson a shot at the world number three.

Watson progressed into the main draw last night with a convincing 6-2, 6-2 qualifying win over Teliana Pereira of Brazil and if the Sarnian comes through her first-round match today, second seed Agnieszka Radwanska awaits in the second round.
However, firstly Watson must defeat Belinda Bencic of Switzerland, the world No. 146 who received a wild card into the main draw at the WTA Premier event in California.
The in-form Watson is currently ranked 134th in the world, but has overcome players ranked 83rd and 99th already this week.
