Skipper Chris Le Noury forced home the third before Heaume got his second on the end of a fine team goal involving Cal Le Lacheur and Danny Hale.
Saints, who have now won two titles in three seasons, will officially be presented with the trophy on Saturday after their penultimate league game with Alderney.
