Earlier, Asad Semi had put the hosts ahead after quarter-of-an-hour of the Southern Combination Premier Division contest, but Jacques Cauvin equalised with a bullet header before Will Fazakerley gave GFC a 2-1 half-time lead.
They added two quickfire strikes at the start of the second half with both Cauvin and Fazakerley on target again, but the game will now have to be rearranged.
Locally in the Offshore Group Guernsey FA Cup, the second-round tie between Bels and Elizabeth College finally went ahead at the fourth time of asking and it was worth the wait for the students as they won a thriller 4-3 to progress to the quarter-finals.
Sam Gregson, Theo Jones and Jake Rowe gave College a 3-2 half-time lead before Brad Foss equalised with his second goal of the game for Bels.
