The hosts were the more dominant side throughout the match with their first goal coming in the 10th minute through Leah Morris.
Guernsey went into half-time 2-0 down after Roisin Flynn netted Jersey’s second and things went from bad to worse for the Greens during the second-half.
Minutes after the game restarted Jersey captain Holly Sundby tapped in a cross before doubling her personal tally and making it 4-0 on the hour mark.
Guernsey pulled one back from a set piece with young forward and Muratti debutant Ruby Smith heading in Donna Gallienne’s corner.
But Shana Dolbel added another goal for the hosts in the 81st minute before Anita Tavares made it 6-1 in added time.
‘That's what happens when one team shows up and the other one doesn't, unfortunately,’ said Guernsey manager Anna Gauvain.
‘Maybe a harsh score line, but we didn't deserve any more goals than that.’
